Social network Snapchat (NYSESNAP) reported Q4 CY2024 results exceeding the market’s revenue expectations, with sales up 14.4% year on year to $1.56 billion. Its non-GAAP profit of $0.16 per share was 13.6% above analysts’ consensus estimates.
Computer processor maker AMD (NASDAQAMD) beat Wall Street’s revenue expectations in Q4 CY2024, with sales up 24.2% year on year to $7.66 billion. Guidance for next quarter’s revenue was better than expected at $7.1 billion at the midpoint, 1.3% above analysts’ estimates. Its non-GAAP profit of $1.09 per share was in line with analysts’ consensus estimates.
Data protection and security software company Varonis (NASDAQVRNS) fell short of the market’s revenue expectations in Q4 CY2024 as sales rose 2.9% year on year to $158.5 million. On the other hand, next quarter’s outlook exceeded expectations with revenue guided to $132.5 million at the midpoint, or 1.7% above analysts’ estimates. Its non-GAAP profit of $0.18 per share was 27.3% above analysts’ consensus estimates.
