NYSEDAR) today reported net income of $101.9 million, or $0.63 per diluted share for the fourth quarter of 2024, compared to net income of $84.5 million, or $0.52 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2023. The company continued its focus on operational excellence, which resulted in gross margin improvement in fourth quarter 2024, compared to third quarter 2024, despite lower fat prices. The company also reported total net sales of $1.4 billion for the fourth quarter of 2024, compared with total net sales of $1.6 billion for the same period a year ago, reflecting lower finished product pricing.
