Mullen Automotive (NASDAQ: MULN), an emerging EV manufacturer, announced it will rebrand as Bollinger Innovations and expects to change its NASDAQ ticker symbol before August 15, 2025. The company is consolidating operations under the Bollinger brand, moving commercial vehicle functions to Oak Park, Michigan, and unifying sales, marketing and service divisions. Since January, Mullen has cut 155 positions and slashed annual operating expenses by at least $35 million. The streamlining aims to improve fiscal efficiency while advancing Class 1, 3 and 4 commercial EVs, including the Mullen ONE and THREE and the Bollinger B4, which boasts a 7,325-lb payload and 185-mile range. Executives anticipate significant sales orders this fiscal quarter.
