Linkers Industries Limited (NASDAQ: LNKS) announced the pricing of a best-efforts public offering expected to generate approximately $16 million in gross proceeds through the sale of 23,088,023 units priced at $0.693 per unit, each consisting of one Class A ordinary share (or pre-funded warrant) and accompanying Series A and Series B warrants. The company said proceeds will be used in part to support a potential increase in its equity stake in LPW Electronics Co. Ltd., where it currently holds 20%, with the balance allocated to capital expenditures, working capital and general corporate purposes, with closing expected on or about March 24, 2026.
