Premia Holdings Ltd. has completed the acquisition of Ramius Enterprise Luxembourg Holdco S.à r.l. and its subsidiaries, including property and casualty reinsurer Cowen Reinsurance S.A. ( “Cowen Reinsurance”). Cowen Reinsurance has been renamed Premia Reinsurance Europe S.A.

Premia Holdings Ltd. has recently completed the acquisition of Navigators Holdings (Europe) NV and its subsidiaries, including property and casualty insurer Assurances Continentales NV (known as “ASCO”), located in Belgium, and its captive reinsurer Canal Re S.A., located in Luxembourg, both of which recently ceased writing new business. Navigators Holdings will be renamed Premia Holdings (Europe) NV.
