eAvio has announced an ATO-compliant pilot training program within its flight school and aero club management platform, helping aviation organisations manage lesson tracking, instructor sign-off, and structured training records without switching between tools.

-- eAvio, a software solution for aero clubs, flight schools, and air tour operations, has recently added an ATO-compliant pilot training program to its web app. The addition brings theoretical and practical lesson tracking, digital instructor signatures, and structured training records into a unified tool.

The update comes as flight schools and aero clubs across Europe increasingly move away from paper-based training records toward purpose-built digital systems. Managing lesson progress, instructor sign-offs, and ATO documentation across disconnected workflows can create administrative friction that affects operational efficiency and scalability.

In response, the eAvio training framework provides each student with a comprehensive view of their program, with lessons categorised into theoretical and practical sections. Before each practical session, students access study materials and complete a short exam, with results feeding directly to the instructor's dashboard. After the flight, the instructor selects the relevant lessons, grades performance, and submits a digitally signed training record. Both instructor and student then review and sign the record together, creating a clear, auditable trail.

On the administrative side, the module automatically generates key documents, including exam grade sheets, course completion forms, pre-requisite records, and solo qualifying navigation registrations. This reduces manual paperwork for flight training administrators and supports ATO audit requirements without extra effort.

Gregor Čepek, CEO of eAvio, has emphasised that adaptability and user experience remain central to the web platform's development. Every section can be translated into any language, either by the eAvio team or by the organisations themselves. The softw app currently serves flight schools and aero clubs across the UK, Netherlands, Slovenia, Hungary, Germany, and Switzerland.

Beyond training, the web app also covers aircraft reservations, money flow management, fleet maintenance tracking, real-time aircraft tracking, and weight and balance preparation.
