Seniors Blue Book Brings Wisdom & Wellness Symposiums to Kansas City this Fall

Two upcoming events will offer resources for seniors, retirees, pre-retirees, and their loved ones and caregivers

This fall, Seniors Blue Book is bringing two Wisdom & Wellness Symposiums to the Kansas City area to offer pre-retirees, retirees, seniors, and their loved ones and caregivers incredible access to local resources for aging.

Planning for aging should ideally happen years before resources are needed, and Seniors Blue Book is connecting people ages 45+ with the resources they need to have in place when the time comes. The upcoming Wisdom & Wellness Symposiums will offer vibrant, free half-day events that empower guests with valuable insights, tools, and connections to support their well-being.

Guests will discover proactive strategies for aging gracefully by equipping themselves with knowledge to navigate life’s changes confidently. The events will feature engaging expert panel discussions, interactive Q&A sessions, vendor exhibits with giveaways, exciting raffle prizes, and a complimentary breakfast with refreshments.

Engaging speaker sessions with built-in Q&A segments will dive into areas including healthy aging, financial planning, caregiving solutions, and lifestyle enrichment with guest experts. A resource expo will connect guests with local businesses, healthcare providers, and community organizations to offer valuable services.

The Wisdom & Wellness Symposiums are designed for adults 45+ who want to stay ahead of the curve; caregivers and family members; pre-retirees and retirees; healthcare professionals; and anyone who wants to age well.
