Adrienne Johnson Joins Alliant Insurance Services’ Southeast Benefits Team

Longtime benefits consultant to design and deploy strategic benefits solutions that are cost-effective and employee-focused

Adrienne Johnson has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. The Nashville, Tennessee-based consultant will provide strategy-driven employee benefits solutions to clients across the Southeast and nationwide.

Johnson joins Alliant with 20 years of experience across the employee benefits landscape, including positions as an analyst, consultant, and group leader. Her depth of experience enables her to design and deploy solutions that drive down healthcare costs and deliver optimum value to clients across a broad range of industries. Johnson is also highly attuned to the evolving healthcare landscape and vendor market, with insights into benchmarking, healthcare innovation, population health management, and compliance.

Prior to joining Alliant, Johnson was Health and Benefits Managing Director with an international insurance and consulting firm. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Florida and serves as a board member of the Nashville YWCA.
