Packiyo Appoints Devan Avery Director of Sales and Marketing

Packiyo, a leading Warehouse Management Software (“WMS”) company, announced today the appointment of Devan Avery as Director of Sales and Marketing. He will oversee the company’s global sales and marketing strategy, leading initiatives to accelerate growth, strengthen partnerships, and enhance Packiyo’s presence across key markets. A seasoned SaaS leader with over a decade of experience, Devan has a proven track record of scaling high value account teams and cultivating value driven client relationships.

Before joining Packiyo, Devan built an accomplished career at ShipStation and later Auctane, a Thoma Bravo portfolio company. Joining ShipStation as employee number 50, Devan advanced from individual contributor to Channel Sales Leader, where he launched and scaled the company’s first channel sales initiative and developed co-selling strategies that fueled significant revenue growth.

Following ShipStation’s acquisition by Auctane, Devan played a pivotal role in the company’s international expansion. He led Auctane’s Canadian market launch, established partnerships with leaders across logistics, eCommerce, and ERP sectors, and implemented sales strategies that achieved the highest conversion rate across all regions. As Senior Sales Manager of High-Value Accounts, Devan led a team responsible for more than 90% of revenue contribution, earning recognition as Top Inside Sales Manager for his results driven leadership and collaborative approach.
