BEVERLY HILLS, CA / ACCESS Newswire / November 18, 2025 / NMS Capital Group ("NMS"), a leading family office-backed private equity firm, today announced that it has acquired Get Cover Technologies, the parent company of Get Cover, a technology enabled provider of warranty and service contract solutions serving education, enterprise and consumer markets.
Get Cover has established a clear presence in its sector since launching its B2B platform. The company has processed more than 24,000 service contracts to date and supports seven major manufacturers across more than 50 device models. Its growing customer base includes 11 resellers and 26 organizations spanning education, enterprise and public sector markets.

Get Cover's cloud-based Warranty Solutions Portal provides automated claims and renewals, real-time data visibility and full compliance audit trails. The platform integrates directly with partner and client systems and is designed to bring efficiency and transparency to organizations managing large device fleets.
Following the transaction, Get Cover expects to expand its platform across B2B, B2C and parental channels, including continued growth within the education sector. The company plans to launch a mobile app in December that will introduce a direct-to-consumer offering supported by its nationwide service network. By the end of 2026, based on current and pending contract demand, Get Cover anticipates managing between 400,000 and 500,000 total contracts. Revenue for the period is projected to reach approximately $30 million to $35 million. Customer growth is on track to include about 50 resellers and more than 5,000 customers across all segments.
