Conductive Containers, Inc. (“CCI,” https://specializedpackaging.com), a leading provider of ESD-safe, optics, and mission-critical packaging solutions for high value components, today announced the appointment of Steve Wyres as its new Vice President of Sales & Marketing, supporting commercial growth for CCI and its subsidiary, Crestline Plastics, Inc. Wyres joins the organization following an extensive national search.
His appointment marks another important step in the multi-year growth plan CCI has been executing since partnering with private equity investment firm Great River Capital Partners (GRCP) in 2021. CCI subsequently acquired Crestline in 2023.
Wyres brings a strong background in commercial leadership and customer engagement, most recently serving in sales leadership roles at Colder Products Company (“CPC”), a Dover Corporation subsidiary. His experience includes modernizing sales operations, developing scalable customer-support programs, and leading high-performing teams across the Americas.
“We are very pleased to welcome Steve to Conductive Containers,” commented Séamus Lafferty, CEO. “His disciplined, customer-centric approach and proven commercial leadership make him an excellent addition as we continue expanding our capabilities and supporting customers across the electronics, optics, aerospace, defense, and medical device markets. Steve’s leadership will play an important role as we advance the strategic initiatives underway.”
As Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Wyres will lead all commercial functions—including Regional Sales Managers, Business Development, and Customer Service. This unified structure is designed to strengthen communication and support continued growth in high-consequence applications.
“I am excited to join CCI at such an important moment,” said Wyres. “With their long-standing leadership in ESD-safe and optics packaging through Crestline, broad material capabilities, and vertically integrated manufacturing operations, both organizations are uniquely positioned to support customers operating in critical-use environments. I look forward to helping advance the company’s growth strategies and supporting our partners and customers.”
